"The actual service is great. But they gave me the option to pay by way of a post-dated check, cashed the check early, and then had the audacity to charge me an additional fee for their mistake. Don't offer the customer the option to pay by way of a post-dated check if you're going to disregard the date on the check and charge the customer for your mistake. I won't be using them again despite the quality of the repair. I signed on to pay for a plumbing repair, not for your clerical errors. "

Being a real estate agent I encounter last-minute emergencies and County Plumbing is right there in a flash. Not only are they efficient and knowledgeable, but everyone is so pleasant.
